Fromage avec thé / cheese with tea? In the spirit of Bastille Day, why not try some cheese tea and pair it with little nuggets of macarons? Cheese tea might not sound appetizing, but it actually is quite delicious. The “cheese” is made with a combination of heavy cream, condensed milk and cream cheese. Whipped until it’s light and fluffy. A large dollop of that on a strong black tea works wonders! Definitely worth a try!
